The Land
and Living Spaces

Ganeden sits on 33 acres of fertile farmland in northern New Mexico, nestled along the Pecos River at an elevation of approximately 6,200 feet. Surrounded by mountains, water, and open skies, the land offers a rare combination of natural beauty and agricultural potential.

Water & Life

Water is one of the defining features of the property. The Pecos River borders the land, while a historic acequia irrigation system flows through the fields year-round, bringing life-giving water across the property. In addition, an artesian well feeds a one-acre pond, creating a vibrant ecosystem that supports wildlife, plants, and farm life.

Land & Spaces

The 33-acre property includes open pasture, cultivated areas, and established infrastructure that supports both daily living and agricultural production.

Existing features include:

  • Three homes on the property

  • A large hoop house / greenhouse

  • A barn and stable facilities

  • Irrigated fields and open land

  • A one-acre pond fed by artesian water

Wildlife & Habitat

Ganeden is already a living ecosystem. Horses move through the fields, frogs gather at the pond, and the surrounding land is home to owls, coyotes, and other native species.

This presence of wildlife reflects the health of the land and the intention to work in balance with the natural environment.
